My background is unusual: I started my career as an engineer working with water treatment and water supply systems, later became an editor of a professional plumbing magazine, and then spent more than 20 years working with a distributor of heating and water-treatment equipment.

In a small technical business, job titles matter less than getting things done.

Over the years I handled a wide range of digital and content tasks: maintaining websites, creating product pages, writing technical articles, preparing landing pages for advertising campaigns, working with SEO and PPC, creating graphics and videos, managing YouTube and social media channels, and turning manufacturers’ technical documentation into content customers could actually understand and use.

Today I also work with Revit MEP and plumbing systems, which keeps me closely connected to the engineering side of the industry.
